Our last night in Burlington, Vermont we had a happy picnic in our hotel room. Almost everything was local- Vermont apples, cheese and sausage. If you look closely you can see our napkins from the local Dunkin' Donuts. (Or Dunkos as Abe would say).

OM: A sacred Sanskrit symbol believed to be the spoken essence of the universe. It is uttered as a mantra and in affirmations and blessings. The phonetics of the sound Om starts in the bottom of the vocal cavity and ultimately vaporates into a silent void. This process symbolizes the creation, the maintainence, the destruction of all things and the return to where they came.
