La Cantera
A few weeks ago we went to La Cantera, a resort outside of San Antonio. It's a gorgeous getaway in the hills. Here are some pics

OM: A sacred Sanskrit symbol believed to be the spoken essence of the universe. It is uttered as a mantra and in affirmations and blessings. The phonetics of the sound Om starts in the bottom of the vocal cavity and ultimately vaporates into a silent void. This process symbolizes the creation, the maintainence, the destruction of all things and the return to where they came.
